At Bean Farm, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unworn apparel. If your items don't fit your style or size, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging with all Bean Farm tags still attached to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
